When I Feel Lonely, Jesus Is With Me

Ask your kids:
• In our story, the woman at the well was feeling lonely because she didn’t have any friends. But who was with her? (Jesus) That’s right!
• Jesus told the woman that she could have a gift that only comes from God. Who remembers what that gift was? (Living water) Yes! Just like water satisfies thirst, Jesus satisfies hearts with His love that never runs out. He helped the woman see that if she trusted Him, He would always be with her and she’d never have to feel lonely again!

Just like the woman at the well, we can remember that even when we feel lonely, we’re never truly alone. When we LOOK at what’s really going on and LISTEN to the truth of God’s Word, we will see that Jesus is always with us!
